Business Development Representative (Experienced)

Sigma 6 Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our sales team.

Are you a people person who enjoys speaking to new people, understanding the challenges that they face, and offering real solutions to help them overcome those challenges? Are you an experienced relationship builder through account-based selling? If so, you will play an important role on our team by providing our new and existing clients helpful solutions to dispose of their retired IT assets in an environmentally responsible way while returning value through selling those retired assets. In this sales role, you are buying clients retired equipment and provide services that they require.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Solution-based selling using existing business development techniques to acquire new clients.
  • Develop/build solid, high-trust business relationships with customers.
  • Developing high-trust relationships at multiple points throughout the executive chain.
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
  • Communicates effectively with clients through written form, expresses ideas and thoughts verbally, keeps others adequately informed, and selects and uses appropriate communication methods.

Requirements/Experience:

  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Excellent analytical and business intelligence skills.
  • Proficiency working with senior executives at all levels to achieve objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Business Development Representative (Trainee)

Sigma 6 Technologies provides ITAD services to organizations across the United States. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who is a fast learner, motivated, and a self-starter with excellent communication skills who wants to learn B2B sales and the ITAD industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Learn B2B sales using solution based selling using existing business development techniques to acquire new clients.
  • Learn how to prospect new leads.
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
